Monday and Wednesday from 6pm-7pm
Life Camp and Fit Camp incorporate fun and challenging workouts that also includes cardio, weight, plyometric, and core exercises to get you to that next level. Start with Life Camp and move up to Fit Camp if you want to. Either way, you will feel and see the results of your hard work. Come and get in on a class and see yourself differently.
